So this weekend I comitted to rejoining my other former "plaidmates" for a charity event at the Lyric Arts. It's fun to sing with them again, but last night we were scheduled to rehearse at 8pm and didn't get on the stage until almost 9pm. Yikes! I really want to get back into performing some where. Trouble is I haven't been able to find time or a show that I want to do. Most community theaters just aren't good. The Lyric Arts is an amazing community theater with great talent so I'd like to do something with them...just don't have the time right now.anyway all this to say. Damn I'm tired today!

Please find something FUN to inject into your routine. The more frivolous and goofy the better. Think of community theatre this way: the worse they are the more you shine.

Eh, I'm trying here. Miss ya, hon! Thinking of you. Hey, when do the kids get to see "Singin' In The Rain?" We might need to sit and watch it before the classes do, just as--you know, a refresher.
Singing in the Rain? One of just a few Musicals made before 1980 that I can acutally sit and watch.
We will be watching singing in the rain in 2 weeks. Perhaps we shoudl watch it this weekend. Eh?
Heck, I was thinking of taking some vacation days and coming to your class! hee hee --- god, I bet Lena LaMont cracks the kids up!
