It's strange becuase even after 5 years at this job (plus having tenure), I'm still uncomfortable wearing shorts to school. It get's ungodly hot in this room in the summer time, so why do I feel bad about bearing my legs? Hmmm. I blame my parents who instilled in me the belief that you dress up to go to work, church, or anywhere you want to be looked at as respected, knowledgeable, and professional. And I totally agree with this belief. So why is it okay for me to walk around all day without shoes on but it's not okay to wear shorts?
I think I'm totally messed up...(sigh)

We wear short shorts. I have signed up at Ning, so read the posts, bitches. I represent Paul, b/c he's just not doing this stuff. PS, I love Chinatown. OMG.
