On Wed. Ning rolled out 3 new applications: video, photos, and updated groups! I am so excited about what this company is doing. They are the only website with youtube and flickr like capabilities that are totally free and customizable (with a little HTML, PHP, CSS understanding). You really need to check them out. I have created a video app and a photos app as an example for you all. Go NOW and check it out and clone one for yourself.

You wanna know something amazing?
I just burned my mouth. Okay that in itself is not amazing, however when you consider that the tea had been sitting in my thermos since 7:00 this morning I do consider that amazing. Now I can happily sit here drinking my tea at conferences relaxing and trying to muster up some drive to accomplish something. Perhaps its time for another video blog?
