I gotta say that I love Elissa's new job with Vocal Essence. The perks are great! On Saturday Vocal Essence sponsored a concert by the Russian Patriarche choir. This is a group of 12 men from Russia who sing Russian Sacred and folk music. It was a sold out concert however, Elissa got me, Andrew, and Eric free seats in the choir loft at the back of the Basilica of St. Mary's. Talk about awesome seats. We were high above everyone and had a great bird's eye view of the concert. Totally the best seats in the house!
The concert itself was incredible and very moving. I was amazed by the amount of sound these 12 guys put out! They filled the Bascilica with the most luscious, soaring voices that I had ever heard.
